For sale from the North Shore of Massachusetts, is this estate fresh, late 19th-early 20th centur, y antique Bradley & Hubbard triple swag armed candle holder, mirrored wall sconce, featuring the face of a goddess or cherub, stars, flowers and an elaborate, reticulated, lace-like perimeter.

It showcases an original piece of period, mirrored looking glass, that's somewhat distressed, but not cracked or structurally compromised. The brass was at one point polished with presumably a brass polishing agent, in that the dry, chalky residue of this compound can still be seen on the back and undersides of the individual brass forms and most notably in the hard-to-reach recesses of the reticulated brass. The goddess or cherub's face and form is however, not maligned by any damage to its surface and the mirror, with all of its intricate parts, is complete and not missing (which is often the case) any of the brass insert wax overflow collars. A truly spectacular antique Bradley & Hubbard period mirrored sconce.
