This Robert Abbey Meilleur 36 inch wide wall sconce has a 15" extension from the wall base, which is a 3"x6 mounting plate. The actual light fixture is 2 wide.

The fixture has a 3"-17" height adjustment. I cannot find a comparable 36 anywhere, as this one has been in storage for a while. They may not even be available anymore. The cord has a removable brass sleeve. The mounting hardware is included.
