A curved brass arm leads upwards. The white glass shade is hung there.

The socket is for a single lightbulb. Of course it is US & LED compatible. Each lamp has a pull switch. It is really a beautiful and filigree design from Germany. Minor wear, no breaks, cracks, chips or coarse scratches.

Fully functional and ready to use! Wall mounting is easy - see last photo. So far there has not been a single problem for buyers. Not even with the cable.
