Pair Vintage Gold Gilt Tole Electric Wall Sconces Floral Italian Florentine

A Matched Pair of Vintage Gilt Tole Metal Wall Sconces with electric lights circa 1950's - 60's. This pair of sconces was recently acquired from the attic of an estate in Upstate NY. These sconces are crafted of metal (most likely tin) and feature long elegantly curving blades of "foliage" between cheerful 5 petaled flowers.

Each sconce features 2 "candles" which hold a small chandelier size bulb. Each Sconce measures approximately 18" in full height and 13 3/4" at their widest. Each has a gilt metal chain attached at the base measuring 34" long and currently has 75" of cord. There are currently wired to be plugged in. Each sconce has an on/off switch on the front of the base. One sconce is functioning and one is not.

The non-functioning sconce may need a new switch or rewiring. There are no marks or signatures to indicate their origin though I suspect Italian.

Very Good Condition with no losses. Expected minor wear to gilt finish. As stated above, one sconce is not currently functioning.
